NMC's Process
STEP 1: LISTEN
Natalie offers a free initial consultation session. She asks questions and just… listens. This is an important first step for NMC to identify and understand your creative request and business initiatives.
STEP 2: ABSORB
After your discussion, NMC collects more information through research and development. Natalie gathers data, sketches, photos, etc.—Absorbing knowledge and inspiration.
STEP 3: STRATEGIZE
Loaded with information, Natalie practices mind-mapping techniques, drawing and writing to break down projects into manageable chunks. This part of the process is critical to revealing the best strategy. Natalie identifies her approach, solutions and creative direction.
STEP 4: CREATE
NMC takes the preliminary strategies and creates multiple design solutions. This is where it gets really fun for NMC…. and very importantly, for you!
STEP 5: DELIVER
NMC presents her ideas and designs to you for review and feedback. Steps 4 and 5 become a collaborative part of the process. Thoughts and revisions are shared between you and Natalie through completion. Upon your approval, NMC delivers your final designs.

NMC's Policy
Building and protecting our Client/Service Provider relationship is top priority for NMC. Between Steps 1 and 2, NMC Design Studio provides a customized Service Agreement Contract which is based on our initial consultation. Project scope, priorities, production, pricing, payment and terms of service are all outlined in the contract. In order to meet expectations, provide the best support and highest quality work throughout the process, an approved/signed Service Agreement Contract is required prior to the start of any project.
